Greetings

Game: BlackThorne

I use the Dosbox 0.74 to install the game.
The files are in the folder, but when I write:

Mount C C:\Dosgames (location of the install.exe)

C:

CD BTHORNE
>BTHORNE

Nothing else happens .What must I do?

Thank you for your time and assistance

This question / problem has been solved by Grargarimage
Just to double check, try the DIR command to make sure you are seeing the EXE file in the dos directory. Also, does this game require a CD in the drive to play, because that's a whole other setup process.

Greetings. Blizzard released Blackthorne for free back in 2013. You can download and install it from the link below and it should work even on Windows 10:

I also highly recommend playing the Lost Vikings... such a great game.

Regarding the official website:

When I install Blackthorne my security notices me about the MSI software. (MSInfo)
Battle.net isn't DRM free, which means that they know when and what you do with the game.

Just a question, is this software harmful, or nothing serious?

battle.net has nothing to do with it. Just go to the link Grargar posted, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select the version (windows or Mac) of Blackthorne that you want and DL it. You don't need to be signed in and you don't need the battle.net app.

Blackthorne doesn't use Battle.net; it's a just a prepackaged DOSBox version, just like Lost Vikings.

Don't forget Rock and Roll Racing, also! Such a good old SNES game.

Does this link work?
https://us.battle.net/account/download/?show=classic

This one lets me download the games without issues, but for some odd reason, if I go through the link posted by Grargar, the site asks me to log into Battle.net (or Blizzard account, whatever they call it now) as soon as I click on the "classics" tab.

Ah yes, my bad. I forgot that my link is only good for those who already have a battle.net account.

Must be something else, Grargar, because I don't have a battle.net account, and I was able to DL the game file.

Huh... it must have something to do with specific European regions, I guess.
