johnnygoging: well let's not make assumptions about why people are doing anything. who knows what might have contributed to sachys and tinyE's position.

but a big part, is the crap that's been going on. and you can avoid it and avoid the threads it usually sprouts in but lately it's like every other thread. it's often. and it's just annoying to see regulars getting pissed off because of it.

And Sachys was always volatile and touchy in the best of times (and often out-and-out rude), so who fucking knows with him. :)

The same can also be achieved if Adblock Plus is running -- I personally don't use it any more on GOG, but if necessary I can look into my old configuration, if anyone wishes to know what elements to block.
