phaolo: Hey.. are those colors I see in the GOG tab icon logo? :O
Yup! :-) Check here.

Yup. At least on the "new" pages (those where the search button works).
How is that "American Conquest" game?

IronArcturus: The mech customization is pretty extensive and you get new parts with every completed battle. The game can be difficult as the player has to beat the computer within 50 turns/battles or it's game over.
Thanks for the response! I ended up watching a bit of the video for it and took a pass. Good to hear there's a lot of customization though.

godtrams: Nope, you'll first have to download it ;)
avatar
Luned: No, you can stream it directly (as well as download).
True, but isn't streaming technically downloading first. :P

Waiting for the movie too, I'm curious about it now.

If it's already in your GoG library, you'll get an email with a code - you can redeem the movie if you want and then just hold onto the code. Give it away later, trade it, get a friend hooked on GoG's digital crack by writing the code down on paper and slipping it to him / her during break.

They'll still email you a gift code for Witcher 2, they've said so themselves earlier in this thread:

SirPrimalform: Hmm, so is the promo showing up as "$10.09" everywhere? I assumed it was very slight regional pricing.
avatar
Grargar: The promo price is $10.17 for me. As I said, this hapens because of an error in the discount. Rather than discounting 75%, it discounts 74% for Napoleonic Wars DLC and Fire and Sword and as a result, there is some apparent pricing increase. There is no regional pricing, because the base price for those games is the same ($9.99).
In that case, the discount error is different for different people. WTF GOG?
avatar
IronArcturus: Does anyone know if GOG's version of the Don't Starve DLC will work with the Humble version of the original game?
It might work, but that's irrelevant. GOG won't let you buy the DLC unless you own the base game here. It's so they don't get stupid people buying just the DLC and complaining, but it has the side effect of preventing people using the DLC with other versions (even when it's confirmed to work).

If only if it were that easy. I got my banal-boring-shit-playing teenage cousin a GOG key to System Shock 2 for his birthday. Good thing GOG accounts have that nifty gifts page! Thanks to that I can see that the ungrateful fuck hasn't redeemed the key to this day.

Hehe . I guess Steam gave him an " Invalid CD key " error message when he tried to activate it .
